The TT250 was a light four-stroke playduro-style trail bike rather than a competition motocross machine, with a torquey 249 cc air-cooled single. A Cycle Guide test cited on the source page liked its low weight and seat height but found the drum brakes and suspension soft. It later became a popular base for aftermarket modification.
